GOP rising star is State Senate candidate in District 10
SAN DIEGO -- Citing the importance of building a broad coalition that reaches into every part of California, former California Republican Party Chairman and Lt. Governor candidate Ron Nehring today announced Republican State Senate candidate Peter Kuo has joined the campaign as a state campaign co-chair and leader of the campaign's Asian American coalition.

Peter Kuo was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1968 and emigrated to the United States with his family in 1982, settling in San Jose. After graduating from San Jose State University he became a successful Bay Area entrepreneur, starting and leading several small businesses in insurance, marketing and technology.
